Terms and Conditions Sweepstakes “Win a dinner at Don Leone”.
Organizer This sweepstakes is organized by Coco Food SL, with address at Carrer Toni Costa 13, Cala d’Or, Santanyí, and contact email sebastiasunyer@surmaster.com, hereinafter Don Leone.
Purpose of the giveaway This giveaway is organised as part of Don Leone’s 42nd anniversary, within the promotional activation taking place at the restaurant from Monday 18 May to Friday 22 May 2026.
Scope of participation The sweepstakes is open to individuals over 18 years of age who participate in person at the activation carried out at Don Leone and correctly comply with the mechanics described in these conditions.
The following are excluded from participation: ● restaurant staff ● direct relatives of the staff ● suppliers ● any person directly linked to the organization or management of the sweepstakes.
Entry period The entry period starts on Monday 18 May 2026 and ends on Friday 22 May 2026 at 7:00 pm. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
How to enter To enter the giveaway, participants must:
Write a wish on the card provided with the bill.
Hang the card on the activation tree.
Take a family photo by the tree.
Post the photo on Instagram.
Tag @donleonerestaurante.
Use the hashtag #donleone42.
Follow @donleonerestaurante. Only entries that comply with all of the above requirements within the stated period will be considered valid.
Valid entries Entries submitted via Instagram post or story will be accepted, provided that the organisation is able to verify the publication within the giveaway period. Entries from private accounts will only be valid if the participant sends a screenshot by direct message to @donleonerestaurante before the giveaway closes and the organisation is able to verify the entry correctly.
Prize The prize consists of a dinner at Don Leone worth €150, redeemable during the 2026 season, in a single visit.
● may include drinks ● cannot be combined with current promotions, discounts or offers ● must be enjoyed on a single occasion ● requires prior reservation, subject to availability of the restaurant ● the reservation may be managed through www.donleonecalador.com If the winner cannot enjoy the prize personally, he/she may transfer it only once to family members or direct companions, prior communication to the restaurant. The prize may not be sold, transferred for commercial purposes, auctioned or used for any type of resale. In case of reasonable suspicion of resale or fraudulent use, Don Leone reserves the right to cancel it immediately, without any obligation of compensation.
Winner selection The winner will be selected via the Cool Tabs platform, from among all valid entries registered within the promotional period. ● 1 winner ● 2 alternates The selection process may be recorded as a transparency measure. If the winner, first alternate and second alternate do not respond within the deadline, the prize is forfeited.
Winner announcement The winner will be announced on Friday 22 May 2026, between 7:30 pm and 8:00 pm, during the event closing and also via Instagram. In addition, Don Leone will contact the winner by Instagram direct message.
Failure to respond If the winner does not reply to Don Leone’s direct message within 48 hours, the prize will pass to the first alternate. If the first alternate also fails to reply within the same period, the prize will pass to the second alternate.
Prize conditions The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. Don Leone reserves the right to verify the identity of the winner and, where applicable, the person to whom the prize has been validly transferred. Use of the prize will be subject to the restaurant’s normal availability during the 2026 season.
Image rights By taking part in the giveaway, participants authorise Don Leone to share, repost or publish the images, stories or posts created as part of this activation, for promotional purposes related to the anniversary and the giveaway itself.
Data protection Any data provided by the winner will only be used to manage communication, validation and enjoyment of the prize.
Acceptance of the terms Participation in this giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Changes and liability Don Leone reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, and undertakes to communicate any such changes appropriately.
